How long does shipping take for custom-tinted orders?

All our colors are hand-mixed to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States.

Can I apply Limewash over previously painted drywall?

Yes, but it requires a specific mineral primer first. Because Limewash is designed to bond with porous surfaces, our 'Limewash Prep Primer' ensures the finish adheres correctly to non-porous, previously painted walls.

What is your return policy on paint products?

Due to the custom-tinted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on liquid paint. We highly recommend ordering our 4oz sample pots or swatches before committing to a full project to ensure the color suits your lighting.
